This wine is produced in the central Salento region from Vermentino grapes. Harvest takes place at the perfect ripeness, when the grapes’ aromatic and fresh character is still wellbalanced. In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature.
The color is straw yellow, with citrus and floral notes on the nose,while the palate is fresh, balanced, and pleasantly savory.
