This red wine originates from the historic vineyard of Mottura Winery called “Le Pitre”, a few hectares of about 25 years old trained with the spurred cordon system. After a slight drying of the grapes on the plant this wine is born.
Red berried variety that is particularly suitable for the production of this type of wine. Vinified and left to mature in steel tanks, it is a dessert wine with a moderate alcohol content and a decisive freshness, perfect to accompany traditional local sweets with the natural residual sugar which makes it moderately sweet, full, velvety. With its delicate, characteristic floral aroma, it appears in the glass of a garnet red color with violet reflections.
To be combined at the end of a meal with dried fruit tarts, almond paste desserts, and many other Italian traditional sweets.
