White wine produced in the Salento region, situated in the heart of Puglia, from Fiano grapes. The harvest is manual when ripe when the acidic and fresh component of the grapes is still intact. In the cellar the grapes undergo a soft pressing and the must ferments at a controlled temperature. The color is straw yellow, the nose is very floral while the palate is very fresh and mineral.
