Its production area is in the province of Taranto. This red wine is made exclusively from Primitivo grapes, an ancient vine species grown throughout the Mediterranean, including in Puglia, thanks to Greek and Phoenician colonisation. The grapes are strictly hand-picked and carefully selected. Controlled-temperature fermentation with ageing in oak barriques for about 6 months. Deep ruby colour verging on violet. Heady bouquet, velvety and balanced on the palate.
