Primitivo di Manduria DOC

Its production area stretches between the provinces of Taranto and Brindisi. This red wine is made exclusively from Primitivo grapes, an ancient vine species grown throughout the Mediterranean, including in Puglia, thanks to Greek and Phoenician colonisation. The grapes are strictly hand-picked and carefully selected. Controlled-temperature fermentation with ageing in French oak barriques for 6-8 months. Deep ruby colour verging on violet. Heady bouquet, velvety and balanced on the palate.
