Produced in the Tarantino area, it takes its name from the Messapian town of the same name. It is produced from 100% Primitivo grapes, with grapes previously harvested and selected by hand. maceration on the skins for 4-6 days and fermentation at a controlled temperature. It has a ruby red color tending towards purple, an intense aroma with notes of blackberry and spicy wood.
