Produced in central Salento using Primitivo grapes. When suitably ripe, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. Controlled-temperature fermentation with ageing in French oak barriques for 6 months. Bright ruby red in colour. Intense aroma of ripe red fruits, cherry, blueberry, vanilla and herbs.
