Primitivo di Manduria DOC

Produced in Puglia, in the Tarantino area, it takes its name from the Messapian town of the same name. Red wine produced from 100% Primitivo grapes, with grapes previously harvested and selected by hand. maceration on the skins for 10-12 days and fermentation at a controlled temperature. It has a intense ​​red colour tending towards purple, an intense aroma with notes of ripe red fruits,  aromatic herbs and undergrowth.
