Produced in the town of the same name and in the municipalities of Fasano and Cisternino. Originally from La Murgia it is a “historical” wine of Puglia. Made from Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano grapes with minimal percentages of Bombino bianco and Malvasia. It is hand-picked, with soft pressing of the grapes and controlled temperature fermentation. A fine straw-yellow colour with greenish hints, its bouquet has delicate fruity notes of green apple and white peach. It has a fresh, dry and slightly bitter flavour.
