White wine produced in Puglia, in the Salento region, with grapes from the Fiano vine species. It is hand-picked, with soft pressing of the grapes and controlled-temperature fermentation. Bright straw-yellow in colour, its bouquet has delicate floral notes of jasmine, elderflower and wild rose. Its taste is pleasant, fresh, balanced, caressing and tangy.
