Primitivo del Salento

Made in the middle of the Salento peninsula from grapes of primitivo. The grapes are harvested by hand when ripe, selecting the bunches carefully. Fermenting the must at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barriques. Deep ruby red and bright. Intense aroma of ripe red fruit, cherry, mulberry, bluberry, vanilla and aromatic herbs.
